Women Supporting Women

Frances, Kirsty, Jess and I had a lovely couple of hours chatting all things pregnancy, motherhood and women-hood this morning.

Jess is one half of the dream duo Honey and The Moon Photography. Karolyn and Jess took our wedding pictures and I couldn't think of anyone else I would want to capture these moments for us. Jess says she's open to attending births to photograph the experience too so get in touch with her. You'll find them on Facebook and Instagram.

This week I'll be delivering my Re-Find programme to a group of Antrim Parents. This programme looks at how we loose a little of our previous selves but grow and flourish into a better, more accomplished (more intelligent) version post parenthood! Matrescence and Patrescence are so rarely discussed but not in this programme and not with me.
